Run history and troubleshooting
Check what ran, where the result went, and recorded failures.

find a run#
Open Automations, select the automation, and open its run history. Check the trigger time, status, and result for the run you are investigating.
A saved automation and an individual run are different things. Updating a saved definition does not rewrite the result of a previous run.
no run appeared#
Check that the automation is saved and that the trigger matches your expectation. For schedules, confirm the timezone. For webhooks, confirm the sender used the current endpoint and the configured request mode.
a run failed#
Read the recorded error. Check workspace connection access, permissions, model availability, and any balance notice before changing the definition. A failed direct run is terminal.
the result did not arrive elsewhere#
Results stay in run history unless the reviewed action includes a delivery tool and destination. Check whether the automation was configured to send to the intended Slack channel or email recipient.
For help, share the automation name, run time and timezone, visible error, and expected result with support. Leave credentials and webhook URLs out of the report.
