meet your memory#

Open Memory in the sidebar to browse what Puffle has written down. Memory is a set of small markdown notes: a shared set for the workspace, one set for each member, and one for each automation. Each set has an index that lists its notes, and each note covers one topic. Open a note to read it, search across every note, or open its history to see each earlier version and why it changed.

Puffle writes notes while it works, whenever it learns something that will matter later. Every night it rereads each set, resolves contradictions, merges duplicates and tidies the index; each of those edits is recorded in the note's history too.

Memory helps Puffle bring useful facts into later work. It can still be incomplete or incorrect, so check details that matter.

add context and correct mistakes#

Tell Puffle which facts are useful beyond the current task. Be explicit about corrections so an old detail does not continue shaping its work.

Check the relevant note in Memory or ask Puffle what it remembers to verify the update. Facts about you go in your own notes; facts about the workspace go in the shared ones. Avoid adding information that should not become shared workspace context.

distinguish knowledge from files#

A conversation is a record of a task. Memory is the knowledge kept for later use. A drive is file storage with its own access rules.

Uploading a file does not automatically index all its contents or add them to memory. Ask Puffle to read a particular file and explain what, if anything, should be remembered.
